The Hood River Inn can comfortably accommodate up to 450 people for business or social functions. The Inn’s variety of meeting or banquet rooms, totaling 12,000 square feet, includes two ballrooms. Smaller groups can choose from a choice of rooms, some with river views, for board meetings, presentations and meals. The Hood River Inn's professional staff can customize the setting to your needs, with complete catering services, decorating, and audio-visual equipment. The Gorge Room
Not your average meeting room! The Gorge Room is a free-standing building with vaulted ceiling and walls of glass. When planning a meeting, meal, glittering gala or themed event for up to 450 people, this is the space for you. Room size: 67'x66'

The columbia Room
This distinctive room is dividable and features a mezzanine entrance. A multifaceted space, the Columbia Room accommodates business meetings as comfortably as social events for groups of up to 250 people. Room size: 61'x46'

The Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood Rooms
The Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood Rooms are ideal as breakout areas from the Columbia Room. Individually, each room seats 35 people for meals & meeting functions. Room sizes: 25'x16'

The mountainview Room
Located in the Inn's west wing, the Mountainview Room offers groups of up to 60 people, an ideal meeting or dining climate with a view of famous Mount Hood. Room size: 28'x29'

The riverview Room
A partitionable space with outdoor balconies, the Riverview Room offers groups of up to 100 people meeting or dining space with spectacular views of the Columbia River, Hood River Bridge and surrounding bluffs. Room size: 25'x35'

The garden Room
Semi-private dining area adjacent to The Riverside Grill. The glass enclosed Garden Room can accommodate up to 40 people and offers stunning views of the Columbia River and the Hood River Bridge. Room size: 18'x24'

The shoreline Room
Semi-private area adjacent to The Riverside Grill. Full service bar and access to expansive deck sitting above the Columbia River, this room can accommodate up to 50 people for reception or meal functions inside, with seating for an additional 75 people on the outdoor deck. Room size: 25'x40'
